Matthew's first campfire!

Well, Matthew's been to multiple picnics in the past week with his fabulous extended family . . . but today we took him for a picnic to Worthen Reservoir and he had his first picnic in the mountains with a campfire! Too bad he missed out on the best part. . . S'MORES! Grandma had her first s'more today!
Matthew at least was an excellent s'more supervisor.
Meanwhile, Sky and June dutifully guarded the campsite.

Unfortunately, June continues to struggle with having super-short legs and navigating the leash


Most importantly, we were able to spoil our first baby with some fetch . . . or what looks like a nice doggie cigar : )

When we got home it was time for a big nap . . .
and some pre-season football for Daddy.
