What a day! So, we are a 2+ camera household and each camera has a home base. However, due to Matthew's fascination with stalking my purse and unpacking it should he find it unzipped, the little camera's been MIA for a while. This morning we found it and after we had read another photo blog about playing with light, we went out for a walk and I played around with photographing in the shadows and light while Matthew played with his walker.
Matthew's been taking quite a few series of 4-5 steps around the house and cruising around the courtyard with his walker. He was especially active today so I thought it might be the day to catch his walking on "tape". So, I decided I should track down the big camera which was still in the car from our Sunday hike and bring it in and get the slobber marks off of it from Matthew's last video encounter. On my way back from the car, I heard a tap, tap, tapping on the glass and encountered this goober at the door:
And now have 2 places where I need to remove the slobbers.
Anyway, once inside we got a successful video of the toddling!!
And when I tried to get another video (maybe that was a little clearer) hilarity ensued, followed by a Matthew's near trademark, stop, focus, attack on the camera. :-) (When it gets blurry you can also tell I never got around to cleaning the slobber on my lens. Ooops!)
So there's the juxtaposition of my life. I'd like to work on improving my photography but apparently not enough to clean the slobber off my camera. That's what photoshop is for, right? :-)
